In your Body Clarity session, we go beneath the surface. We look at your symptoms, your patterns, your daily rhythm, your relationship with food, and what your nervous system is doing underneath all of it. Nothing is looked at in isolation - because your body doesn't work in isolation.
We look at:
What your symptoms are actually telling you
Where your eating rhythm, energy, and digestion are breaking down
The patterns and behaviours that keep pulling you off track
What's happening in your nervous system and how it's affecting everything else
Where the biggest gaps are between where you are and where you want to be

From there we layer in supplements, lifestyle, movement, nervous system support, and the coaching component — which is where the real work happens.
The meal plan tells you what to eat. The coaching work tells you why you've been eating the way you have, and how to actually change it. Both layers matter. One without the other doesn't hold.
