For years, I did all the “right” things… the healthy meals, the routines, the supplements, the trends - yet I still felt bloated, fatigued and disconnected from my own body. Nothing made sense, and the advice I was getting wasn’t helping.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to force my body to behave…
